Our Four Value

1.We accept all patients: No Refusal
We are fully committed to supporting as many people as possible, regardless of their illness or circumstances, so that they can choose to spend their time at home. Quokka has experience accommodating various requests, such as requests for female doctors or communication in languages other than Japanese, and will accept any patient.

2. Always Ready for a Visit
We will do our best to visit your home immediately.

3. Support as a Team
Our home nursing station, care manager, and Quokka work together as a team to deliver medical care that can be completed at home, from IV drips and blood transfusions to end-of-life care.

4. Focusing on Happiness
We’ll find your answer together: There are as many treatment plans and lifestyles as there are people. We will work together to find and implement ways to improve your quality of life (QOL) and bring a smile to your face.
The Process of Requesting Our Services
From initial consultation to the start of your new life at home, we will provide prompt and warm support.
Please tell us what you are having trouble with via phone or our inquiry form.
Patients, family members, care managers, hospital counselors—anyone is welcome.
If you currently have a regular hospital or care manager, please consult with them beforehand.
We can accommodate requests such as “I need you to come today”.
Once you are satisfied with the contract details, we will create a treatment plan tailored to each individual and finalize the contract.
Our doctor will visit you regularly based on the plan (generally bi-weekly).
Let’s start a new life at home together.
Our consultation time takes usually around 10 or 15 minutes, but it may be longer if medical procedures or explanations are necessary.
FAQ
With the contract regarding regular house call services, Yes, of course.
Our clinic has a system in place to “come rush to your aid anytime” for patients and their families 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you call our emergency contact number, a doctor or nurse will always respond, and if necessary, they will come to your home.
Patients without the contract regarding regular house call services, we’re afraid we can’t provide any house call services since we focus on the patients with the contract.
At your first consultation, we will ask for your preferred pharmacy, and the exchange of prescriptions will be handled between our clinic and the pharmacy.
Your family can pick up the medication at a nearby pharmacy, or you can use our “home visit pharmacy service” where the medication is delivered to your home and explained. We provide thorough support as a “team” for medication management.
No, some people, such as those living alone, have our house call services alone each time. We will share information from the clinic by phone or in a notebook as needed.
Please contact the clinic’s main telephone number first.
If you currently have a primary care physician or care manager, please consult with them in advance.
Don’t worry; please contact us first.
Of course. Quokka will help you find your “answer.”
